WHAT WE OFFER

During a 24 week program, you will learn how to make lifestyle changes involving healthy eating and physical activity. Program is available at no cost.

ELIGIBILITY

Mother and daughter may be eligible if both are:

Overweight
18-65 years old
Mexican or Mexican-American
Able to attend 24 weekly sessions together
Interested in losing weight
